I’m looking for new chairs for our dining table and I keep on coming back to this good looking one. When this contemporary chair was designed back in 1986 the focus was on practicality, minimal up keeping and durability. I think they will look great with our robust dark wooden table. The chairs remind me a lot about the chairs we have in my parents home in Sweden, might just be why I like them so much.

Pillows can really bring life to a room and its such a simple and inexpensive item to add when you feel like a change. I really like the vintage and unique look of linen pillows, they are so pretty!

Colours that pop

It’s the beginning of springtime in Scandinavia right now and what could be better than to decorate with this yellow colour that pop and really stands out. I think these combinations look awesome. Spring is a time when I think about my home country a lot, I think about the amazing light that has finally returned from the long winter. About the birds that have made their journey back to us, the great anticipation of the coming summer.. Spring in Sweden is definitely special and I will miss not going home this year. I promise to come home next year ♥

Marni

I had been looking forward to buying this dress
from the latest H&M designer collaboration with Marni. I gave myself heaps of
time to be on the website nice and early, but unfortunately I couldn’t even
access it because of the high demand. Oh well, better luck next time!

For the vision board

I need as much inspiration as possible to plan
our wedding later this year, so every week I surround my self with all sorts of
wedding things. I’m lucky to have a few friends who already are married that
share their experiences with me and I try to find inspirations through
magazines and the internet. The most important thing after collecting all great
ideas is to be able to make it our own. It’s important to stay true to myself and my
fiancé and only do the things that represent us. Its all well and good to get
inspiration from everyone, but I always try and stay true to the things that
means something to us.
